1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the cl33 website, mobile application, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, logging in, or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of cl33 after any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To open an account and use the cl33 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any other person or entity.

Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds. If you suspect that a duplicate account has been created in your name, you must notify cl33 support immediately.

Password Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. All activities conducted under your account are your responsibility. cl33 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

As part of our commitment to safe and responsible operations, cl33 may require you to submit identity documents for KYC verification. This process may include, but is not limited to:

• A recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your current address

In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, cl33's cricket betting rules will apply and the outcome will be determined per the standard void/refund policy stated in the sport's specific rules.

Casino & Slot Games

All casino and slot game outcomes on cl33 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages provided by the game developers and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. cl33's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their cl33 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies whether the claim is based on contract, tort, statute, or any other legal or equitable theory.
